OK. So I go and visit my Sister and her family this past weekend in Arizona… the desert… with all of its GREEN and lush plains and leaf filled trees and…
That’s right, NO tumble weed, NO intense heat rising from the dust and NO screech from an eagle over head. Yet, still a good time.
Sometimes I think we take for granted, living on the East coast, what beautiful art work is created in small towns and villages in the U.S.
I was privy to all kinds of work in all kinds of mediums with constant excitement in all I encountered. I especially enjoyed the vintage style sign work in the town of BISBEE and the authenticity of the hand lettering in TOMBSTONE. If you ever get a chance to get out there, DO IT. You won’t be sorry.
